Key Objectives

  1. Become an Ignyte Ambassador
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of our ISO 27K audit solution, including its benefits for healthcare and financial services clients.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitor offerings to position Ignyte as a market leader.
  2. Meet & Exceed Sales Targets
    • Work toward weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals by executing sales and marketing strategies.
    • Generate new leads, nurture existing relationships, and drive opportunities that ultimately feed into our Account Executive pipeline.
  3. Optimize Territory & Outreach
    • Identify potential sales outlets and accounts within healthcare and financial services sectors.
    • Leverage data analysis and feedback loops to refine outreach approaches and maximize conversion rates.
  4. Support Revenue Growth
    • Collaborate with executive management and Account Executives to move qualified leads through the sales funnel.
    • Consistently gather feedback from prospects to shape product enhancements and market strategies.

Daily & Monthly Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
    • Research and identify key decision-makers in healthcare and financial services organizations that need ISO 27K compliance solutions.
    • Perform outreach (phone, email, social media) to set initial meetings, positioning Ignyte’s value proposition in automating cybersecurity audits.
  2. Qualification & Discovery
    • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, timeline, and budget for ISO 27K or other cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI-DSS).
    • Determine pain points, particularly around manual audits, compliance bottlenecks, or resource constraints.
  3. Solutions Presentation & Demo Support
    • Demonstrate a working knowledge of Ignyte’s SaaS platform, highlighting how automation drastically reduces compliance overhead.
    • Coordinate with Account Executives to arrange custom product demos that address specific healthcare or financial services use cases.
  4. Pipeline & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM (HubSpot preferred), including notes on conversations, next steps, and key stakeholders.
    • Generate and present professional documentation (e.g., proposals, booking packages) to support the sales process and track progress against goals.
  5. Collaboration & Feedback
    • Collaborate with other sales reps and executive leadership to ensure alignment on targets, messaging, and performance metrics.
    • Gather market insights—competitor movements, client objections—and relay them to product and marketing teams for ongoing improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of sales experience (ideally in SaaS, B2B, or technology-related fields).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) for tracking, reporting, and lead management.
  • Personal integrity and the confidence to balance persuasion with professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in cybersecurity or SaaS, especially around compliance frameworks such as ISO 27K, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales goals or KPIs.
  • Ability to customize messaging based on healthcare or financial services regulations and pain points.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple leads, pipelines, and product demos concurrently.
