The Role

Ignyte is looking for an entry-level inside sales professional that is excited to have the opportunity to work in an exciting cybersecurity firm that’s ripe with growth in Defense, Healthcare, or Financial Services. As an Ignyte inside sales representative, you will be offering Ignyte Platform as the Cyber Security SaaS solution for a selected vertical. The Inside Sales Rep will show the value of automating cybersecurity to prospective customers and manage incoming market demand. You will be coached and trained by the executive management team to help you grow in your professional career. If you enjoy a fast-growing work environment with the ability to impact the entire organization – then this opportunity is for you.

Objectives
  • Represent the company, by learning and growing a comprehensive understanding of our products,  services and our market.
  • Develop good daily habits on establishing a proper work schedule, call plans.
  • Aid in organizing sales & marketing information, keeping information up to date and help create proper systems to manage inbound and outbound leads.
  • Focus on learning & growing to become an SDR overtime.
  • Support sales operations on an ongoing basis.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Maintain up to date status on all leads including customer notes within Hubspot CRM
  • Customer follow-ups and tracking
  • Taking deal and account notes within Hubspot
  • Responsible for product knowledge and answering customer questions
  • Develop leads and referrals 
  • Develop call plans and outbound activities.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 0 years in sales experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Communicate in general business language. Ability to listen and craft well-formed written and verbal responses.
  • 2 or 4-year degree (any field)
  • Use of modern tools (Social media, email, word processing, etc.).
  • Desire to grow and learn.
  • Personal integrity.
