FedRAMP Program Information
Ignyte is a FedRAMP recognized Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO) accredited annually by American Association of Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) and complies with ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standards. As part of Ignyte’s commitment to impartiality, independence, we are providing the following information about our assessment services and program to foster customer and interested third parties confidence in our ability to deliver. Our A2LA certificate # is 6081.01 and can be viewed here; the certificate details our ISO 17020 scope of accreditation including FedRAMP.
Our Assessment Process
Ignyte provides assessment services in accordance with the standards under our scope of accreditation. Our Letter of Engagement (contract) outlines our assessment process for prospective customers and addresses our assessment processes. Potential customers are informed of their rights and obligations during the 3PAO assessments as required by FedRAMP PMO.
The Letter of Engagement contains the scope, timing, and deliverables of our services between Ignyte and our customer before the start of our agreed-upon services.
Impartiality
Ignyte states its commitment to meeting and exceeding customer stated and implied needs for impartiality, through a process of continuous improvement and impartially related risk identification of internal activities.
Ignyte Management commits itself to establishing, implementing, and maintaining a quality management system designed to ensure the audit and inspection services it offers are fit for their intended purposes in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17020:2012 international standard.
Appeals Process
Ignyte customers may appeal concerns with assessment results when the customer believes the Ignyte project team has not provided a suitable resolution to an issue. Appeals should be submitted by emailing us at fedramp@ignyteplatform.com. Please use the subject line “Appeal” when submitting an Appeal. Upon receipt, the Ignyte project team will be notified and other qualified Ignyte personnel, not part of the project team, will review the matter. The customer will be informed of the outcome of the appeal.
Complaints
Ignyte takes complaints seriously. Period. Complaints about Ignyte should be submitted by emailing us at fedramp@ignyteplatform.com. Please use the subject line “Complaint” when submitting a Complaint. Upon receipt, the Ignyte team will investigate the matter and deal with the complaint in a fair and prompt manner. The complainant will be kept informed of the outcome of the complaint.
This information is not made public unless required by a court of law.
Submissions
When submitting Complaints and Appeals the following information must be included:
- Identification of source (customer and customer personnel),
- Brief description of the complaint or appeal, and
- Any documentation prepared by the customer relating to the complaint (e.g., email, memorandum) or appeal.
